I am first and foremost a criminal defense attorney, having handled hundreds of criminal cases at all levels of the court system since the beginning of his career. The criminal law is extraordinarily complex, requiring a thorough knowledge of constitutional law, the rules of evidence, the rules of procedure, and of course, the applicable criminal statutes themselves.

I have represented clients in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Berks, and Lancaster Counties. My criminal cases have involved DUI (drunk driving), drugs, retail theft (shoplifting), domestic violence, assault, sex offenses, and even murder.

I am also an expert on probation and parole violation matters, having represented clients in precedent setting cases. Probation/parole violations (known in some counties as VOP hearings, and in others as PV hearings) can be deceptively complicated.
